The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and quiet. The breakfast area was large and stocked. The hot tub had the best jets of any hot tub I've ever been in. We will for sure go back.
Decent for the price. Very limited staff. They are stingy with the towels tho. We will stay there again. Beautiful view, clean and quiet. Centrally located easy, in and out. Dont expect great water pressure, big breakfasts,and pillow top mattresses! But clean and comfy enough for a quick getaway weekend with a fuller wallet to shop and splurge on other things...
You get what you pay for! Rooms were very clean. Beds comfort was okay. Mini fridge worked okay, but not as good as it could. First rooms air did not work. We got moved to another room, & it kinda helped. Both pools seemed pretty green & nasty. Lobby stayed so hot like there was no air. Overall I am satisfied especially for the price. View was beautiful off balcony. Service was super sweet.
we had a wonderful trip.it was relaxing and clean. The view was great on the balcony and you can see the Ferris wheel at the island from the parking lot. Nice breakfast and friendly staff buzzing around. I recommend
I personally have had a great experience. I know alot of the reviews aren’t great. I was nervous but front desk was nice, quick and efficient. I added an extra room to my reservation and they gave me a discount, both rooms are nice, clean, big and spacious. I need more linen but they don’t have an issue giving it to me. Pool was clean, it’s not heated 100% but it’s not freezing. Hot tub was hot and clean for us. No complaints from my family and we have Two separate rooms!
This is a cheaper hotel. So don’t expect a 5 star hotel for a 1.5 star price. Everything was as advertised. It has a great location. They worked with me when many of the hotels in pigeon forge would not. I had a car problem. Had to stay another night. Because the car is being worked on. This hotel gladly took me in before noon. That is unheard of around here. Others would make you wait 3 to 4 more hours.
